Is Jeff Nippard Natural?
Personally, I am a great fan of Jeff. This is a guy that has a massive fan following on both YouTube and Instagram. What makes him stand apart from many fitness enthusiasts is that he tries to explain everything scientifically. He has an amazing physique and a lot of people tend to wonder – Is Jeff Nippard Natural?
For even a split second, I would not believe that he is not natty!
This guy shows no signs of using steroids and above all, he has a very unique approach to building muscle.
Is Jeff Nippard Natural Or On Steroids?
I don’t think anyone would believe that given that this guy has adopted a very unique approach to building muscle and burning fat using his science-based knowledge to get faster and better results than many other bodybuilders who tend to fall for using gear.
If I were to check for the signs of steroid use, anyone can easily make out there are absolutely no signs of him having used steroids right from not having 3D shoulders to not having:
- acne
- hair loss
- water retention and man boobs
- flushed skin, etc.
Nothing whatsoever can be noticed when you look at this guy. I think he is as natural and Andrew Tate is. He is someone who is in complete contrast to someone like Rich Piana who is known to have admitted to taking steroids for 27 years!

What Makes Jeff unique?
The main reason behind his success as an influencer is that he seems to have taken a science and evidence-based approach to his bodybuilding efforts. I am yet to see anybody else doing that. He creates engaging content backing up all his claims scientifically whether it’s regarding gaining muscle, enhancing testosterone, or getting ripped and shredded.
Apart from his YouTube channel, Jeff Nippard is also known to run a fitness website through which he offers custom-based fitness programs to his clients. He is also known to work as a personal trainer providing amazing assistance to those who want to get jacked or ripped based on his scientific approach.
His educational background seems to have laid a solid foundation for his science-based approach. This is because is a bachelor in science with a major in biochemistry.
Jeff Nippard is supposed to be one of the best natural bodybuilders on the scene today. He is also known to have competed in a couple of natural bodybuilding competitions and has claimed several titles over the past few years.
- Back in 2012, he was Mr. Junior Canada for Natural Bodybuilding
- In 2014, he won Overall Champion WNBF Natural Muscle Mayhem
Furthermore, his best Wilks score is known to be 446. For those that are unversed, Wilks score is a mathematical formula that is used to measure the strength of weightlifters.
Not just this, in 2014 he is known to have held the Canadian record for bench press. It is known that at that time, he could lift 336 lbs on the bench press. At the same time, he could squat weight of 502 lbs and lift 518 lbs while doing deadlifts. The best part is that his achievements speak highly of a drug-free, science-based approach to gaining muscle and fat-burning with training and diet.

Important Lessons Learned From Jeff
If you go through his content – videos, website, and podcasts, here are some important lessons that you will learn:
Body Fat Set Point Theory
One of the most interesting facts that emerge from his content is this theory. According to this, every one of us has a set point of optimal body fat that our bodies work hard to maintain. It is interesting to note that in order to achieve this set point various mechanisms in your body kick in when you exceed the body fat set point or when your body fat falls below this set point.
Do Cardio Training After Weight Lifting
According to studies, strength training gets compromised by endurance training if it lasts for more than 10 minutes. In other words, your cardio warm-up should not last more than 10 minutes. Ideally, you should begin with a cardio warm-up lasting 5 minutes and continue with your strength training routine. After you are done lifting heavy weights, you can continue with longer endurance training.
According to Jeff, it is even better to split cardio and weight training completely. In other words, you can do them on separate days or maybe even at different times of the day.
Eating Carbs At Night Is the Same As Having Them During The Day
One of the most common myths that I have heard over the years is that you should avoid having carbs in the evening since your metabolic rate tends to slow down when you are sleeping.
This is a myth that Jeff seems to have busted by saying that claiming that your resting metabolic rate is the same while sleeping as it is while you are awake. Thus, it does not matter what time of the day you consume carbs. What is important is that if your goal is to lose fat then you should be avoiding carbs day or night.
